Hansraj College is one of the best colleges in the University of Delhi. It has time and again won our hearts with its various fests and events.
The Culinary Arts Society of Hansraj College brings to you their much awaited Food Festival on 7th October 2016. This is the first of its kind in the University circuit. The event will take place in the college grounds and is being extensively promoted by various campus ambassadors and volunteers.
The event will be graced by Chef Machindra Kasture, former executive chef to the President of India, as the Chief Guest. The Culinary Arts Society will be launching their monthly magazine-cum-newsletter during the event. There will be performances by the Fashion Society, Oorja-Western Dance Society and much more.
The purpose of this Food Festival is to celebrate India and its diversity. There will be about 30 stalls that will serve a variety of cuisines ranging from North Eastern specialities to stalls dedicated to desserts. If you love food, this place is ought to be a paradise for you.
When you are done filling your tummies, you can indulge yourself in the fun games and events they'll be organising like the "Mai bhi Masterchef" competition and giving away exciting prices.
The event is open to all college students. Do not forget to carry your ID cards. This Food Festival is a great way to meet loads of foodies just like you and cherish the common love for food. Can't wait to see you there!
